Eid has a natural passion for law and enjoys working on corporate and banking matters. After 17 years working as a para legal assisting partners in handling corporate and banking files, Eid proudly received LLB., in Law (English Section) from Alexandria University (2019). Eid also holds a university degree in Agri-engineering (1990). Eid assists with corporate and shareholders’ matters, capital markets transactions, regulatory compliance, registration and perfection of security and collateral for banks and governmental licenses.
