Qualifications

Hamdi received his LLB (1977) from Ein Shams University, Egypt. He has been admitted to the Bar Association (Cairo) since 1977 and is now admitted to rights of audience before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court.

Expertise

Hamdi has legal experience of more than 44 years advising banks, companies, GCC governmental entities, ministers and top members of royal families. He has a very successful litigation track record in the GCC and MENA region in banking, construction, family wealth disputes, taxation, capital markets, agency, distribution and franchise, corporate & business matters, employment and real estate.
