National Investment Company K.S.C.P. served as the transaction manager and advisor throughout this process. 

Following the merger, the combined total assets of BPC, as the merging entity, are estimated to be US$1.9 billion. EDU’s shareholders are now trading under the unified ticker symbol ‘BPCC’ on the Boursa Kuwait.

This merger, uniquely structured between a parent and its subsidiary, presented distinct legal complexities, particularly in safeguarding the rights of minority shareholders.
