Al-Hossam Legal assisted a participant with major legal issues in the  successful US$470 million 5-year Murabaha facility to ALAFCO. The syndication led by Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait and HSBC Bank. The deal had participants from Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE and Korea. The facility was structured through a GCC SPV.
